Please respect your appointment time and maintain a respectful environment. Heavenae Pampering Temple reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a situation becomes uncomfortable, disrespectful, or unmanageable.
Deposits: Deposits are required to secure appointments, are non-refundable, but transferable once to a new appointment date.
Sunday Appointments: An additional $2,500 is added to the service price and must be paid with the deposit.
Public Holidays: An additional $3,000 is added to the service price and must be paid with the deposit.
If Heavenae Pampering Temple cancels your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
